I'm Edd, a registered practitioner psychologist with years of experience helping men through tough times. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not yourself you're not alone. As a Compassion-Focused Therapist, I work with men to build emotional resilience, develop practical tools for managing stress and strengthen self-kindness without losing your edge. It's about learning skills that help you stay grounded, focused, and in control when life throws you off balance. We will learn how to work with your mind's tough inner critic and access your inner sense of safety and calm. All therapy is online, through video calls, and I can help with:
